Significant Internally Developed Applications
Most notably, our Personal Control Panel (PCP) technology for shared server web hosting has been one of the biggest differentiators for our organization. The PCP is an internally developed application, dating back to November of 1997. Vega, our provider's intranet application, is a customer relationship management (CRM), helpdesk solution, billing system, account ordering and provision system, and sales generation software all bundled into one single application. Vega is modular, allowing for continuous development and improvement. Finally, NOCSYSV is a very scalable, modular application that handles the monitoring of all systems, applications, and circuits within our operations.

Automated Systems a Significant Role in our Application Infrastructure Strategy
Automation plays a significant role in our provider's application infrastructure strategy, as it allows development of a highly-scalable software application for internal systems and to compliment the web hosting services. Since hardware infrastructure is rarely a bottleneck in scalability issues, it is the applications that need to be developed to scale. This is the primary reason, along with the ability to control the behavior and add new features, that our provider have chosen to develop nearly all of the applications used in our operations.
